We are seeking a Internal Recruiter to join our Rochford office– sourcing, conducting interviews, sending offer contracts. 

Candidates will have a good understanding of best practice approach, and will be able to demonstrate effective time management.

Experience working within recruitment is essential as is the appetite to really own and shape a function – from the sourcing of candidates to offer letters.
The roles you will recruit for will range from entry level roles up to more complex experienced hire vacancies, so a versatile and innovative approach to different types of sourcing and attraction will be key to success.

Summary of role

Delivering an end to end service from writing job adverts through to coordinating selections processes and interviews.

Work closely with all key stakeholders to ensure a high quality of vacancy, job descriptions, and communication.

Sourcing candidates directly using job boards and social media. Building a solid pipeline of quality candidates. Planning external and internal events to build brand awareness

Review current working practices and recommend and implement improvements to support achievement of targets.

Skills and experience

Full 360 recruitment experience.

Demonstrable knowledge and experience of creating and delivering successful direct sourcing strategies (direct search, cv databases, social media (Linkedin Recruiter in particular), talent pools and talent pipelining.

Consultative approach, with ability to build trust and develop excellent working relationships at all levels, both internally with hiring managers and HR colleagues

Excellent communication skills, both internally with hiring managers and HR colleagues, as well as candidates in in different industries and locations.
 

Sales Executive - Part Time Hours Location: Rochford- Essex Salary: Basic salary - Plus commission

Sales Executive - Part time OR full time hours

Monday - Friday - 9.30AM - 2.30PM (CAN BE SLIGHTLY FLEXIBLE)

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Full time OR Part-Time Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team.

This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for sales and customer service, and who are looking for a flexible work schedule.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products and services, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 Sales:

  • Reach out to potential customers via outbound calls

  • Engage with prospective clients to promote products and services.

 Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

Sales Representative   Location: Rochford- Essex Salary: Basic salary plus bonuses

Monday - Friday - 9am to 5pm, early finish on a Friday - No weekends or late-night shifts

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated sales professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in outbound telesales, be a top performer, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. This can be an office-based role or a remote, work-from-home position (subject to passing probation) offering a competitive starting salary and the opportunity to earn uncapped commission.

As a sales representative, you’ll be the first point of contact to our traders during their initial joining stage. You will be at the heart of ensuring that we deliver a first- class and consistent customer experience.

You will discuss our different levels of membership once the trader has registered themselves to our website and provide the right solution for their business based on their individual needs, converting their accounts into paid memberships.

The role comes with a combination of a guaranteed salary and an uncapped commission scheme. Typical Sales Executives earn between £40k-£50k OTE in their first year, and our top performers earn between £70k-£110k OTE.

Key responsibilities:

Outbound Sales Executive - All warm leads- No cold calls
