Bathroom refit

The initial install was poorly designed, which resulted in new furniture badly cut to fit. Many poor basic building issues - flooring, fitting of panels, excessive use of silicone to hide damage. Some work has been redo, some refunds have been given

New toilet and sink fitted

We have paid £2250 for a toilet and sink that cannot be used or even turned on -as we are at risk of this causing serious water damage to the property. We have respectfully asked for a refund for the work to be rectified but no response.
