Welcome to Village Property Solutions and our web page, we are a family run business located in the small village of South Kyme Lincolnshire. We provide maintenance & repairs to landlords, letting agencies, domestic customers & commercial customers.

Property wear and tear is an unfortunate fact of life, be it an immersion tank leak or maybe a out of date kitchen or maybe and old bathroom, we at VPS cover it all and also provide a 24hr emergency call out service (Charges apply).

We do not maintain or service gas boilers however if you require this service get in touch and we will put you in touch with a qualified GAS SAFE registered engineer contractor.

However we can change like for like failed parts on oil boilers so give us a ring.

The area we cover is mainly the county of Lincolnshire, although we will consider areas outside of our home county and surrounding area if the job is cost effective to both ourselves and the customer.
