We can also book a time to visit them at their home and discuss in person to discuss further and examine the damage, problem, or to see what options we have and find the best way forward at the location the work is required.
From this, we will always try to provide the best solution, make recommendations, and keep the costs down. Where it is possible, we will allow, where possible, the source and supply of things at cost to your service users.
We will provide an estimate for the work discussed, along with other information. There are some examples attached.
We recognise that even though we try our best, unfortunately nobody is perfect. If we have overlooked something, or if you want to talk about something we’ve got wrong, we are happy to discuss this and find a way to sort it out. The same applies if a customer needs to ask for a change to what was planned if the work hasn’t progressed beyond the point where a change can be made.
