spending 4 years in college including extra year to become a master craftsmen, I have everything needed to complete the job in hand.

There are hundreds of brands available but we only use the trusted reputable companies such as Dulux, little green farrow and ball to name a few. We will give you professional advice including what colours are trending at that time

As people are continuing to working from home please speak to management if you have meetings you need silence. Our team use sanders and won’t be able to hear you so you if you let us know we will pause sanding for the duration of your call.

we test all our staff once a week as Some of our customers are in the vulnerable category especially in our elderly home contracts. we always protect our customers agains the spread and will wear the required P.P.E if requested,however should there be a requirement for more such as sealing off rooms we will do this free of charge.

- [x] We are not just reputable decorators with years of knowledge, we actually care and will always carry out your work to the highest of quality.

* Can anyone paint and decorating?
- [x] Basically the answer is yes but picking up a paint brush and knowing how to tackle different situations such as damp or peeling paint is knowledgeable only by years of training. Painting different textures, spraying ,Wallpapering is an art. To be a good decorator is one thing actually caring and enthusiastic about the task at hand is another.
* Do you remove radiators before you start painting?
- [x] Yes we do it’s a must to gain access to the wall. It is a much neater job with overall quality look.
* Do you put dust sheets down?
- [x] We most definitely do however we cover the floor in protective plastic hard floor/carpet protection. Then we put dust sheets over the top. This is just one of the reasons why we are at a high level .
* What happens if you damage anything while moving furniture around?
- [x] We are fully covered with public liability insurance. we are always extremely careful and respectful of our customers belonging however should this happen we would get the item replaced as soon as possible.
* Do you give anyone a job
- [x] The simple answer is no, all our tradesmen will have gone through a CRB checks and have at least 6 years experience. Except our apprenticeship team members who are choosing by enthusiasm, competence and willingness to learn. Once we have had the all clear then we train them to understand our work practices and carry them out according to the terms and conditions of their contract. Only the best make it. At present we use around 8 different team members. Outside contractors such as electrical engineers and other trades they will all be fully insured and must show membership of the many different professional body’s before we use there service. It can be very expensive to have the best tradesmen in the areas we cover and yes that cost is a factor in our final bill however we do not set the rate for contractors. We do not add anything on top of there invoice for profit.
* What is the average cost to paint a lounge? Can you price over the phone or by pics?
- [x] This can be a very costly mistake to price work based on a phone call or picture message. Sometimes the walls may look fine from a photograph but then hides a massive issue that if not spotted would end up costing us or you a lot more in the end. Try booking an appointment for a viewing. This only takes a simple phone call email or text.
* Do you offer apprenticeship’s to school leavers?

- [x] We only select a few every year. It is a very difficult trade to teach because some people will not have the enthusiasm after a few months. We believe it is a very rewarding trade however it can be very time consuming for some. If this happens we would do what we could to help them choose another career choice. We would not simply send them packing. We have learned that everyone is not perfect, but we still need a code of practice to follow.
* Do you have a drugs policy?
- [x] This is quite simply yes. We do not tolerate drugs taking if illegal substances at all this is a serious dismissal and could lead to prosecution if suspected. This is also the case for alcohol. We are bringing in random alcohol and drugs testing kits towards the end of the year in 2022
- [x] Smoking on site is also not allowed unless it’s on break time and away from the property.

- [x] To date all our customers have been understanding while work is carried out on there property’s. We take great pride in our work, the cleaning and the dust free environment should make it a pleasant transition. Our reviews speak for themselves. * Do you sub contact to builders?
- [x] Although the answer to this is yes we only work for a very small number of trusted builders with the same business model as ours. Most of the time we have our own work to do so don’t normally have time however we do not like turning work away so will always do our best to cover any works that is suitable for our business.
