SJB Building Services is a Surbiton based building construction company, established in 1977, specialising in high quality refurbishment and extensions to existing premises, as well as our own new build developments.

We are able to offer a full range of turn-key services, for all extension and new build construction works, from initial design and developments, structural calculations, drawings and fully detailed costing, planning application and subsequent construction through to practical completion certification.

We are fully covered for third party and pubic liability insurance and have our own in-house qualified surveying service to provide professional guidance for all proposed projects.
