The following services are provided:
Fault finding and repairs: Dealing with problems such as fuses blowing, circuit breakers tripping, physical damage to wiring.
Small jobs such as changing light fittings, adding power points, security lighting, etc
Large jobs such as replacing fuse boards, partial and full rewires
Electrical testing and inspection: See below.

Roy’s business is mainly with residential customers, but also includes sports clubs and churches, while he has wide experience with communal electrics in apartment blocks.

Selling or letting your property? Is your electrical system compliant?

Roy can provide an Electrical Installation Condition Report. This is a detailed inspection and test of the fixed wiring of a property – this may be required by letting agents or insurers, but is not a legal requirement for landlords.

Roy can also perform a PAT test (Portable Appliance Test) – a safety check on electrical appliances which plug in. This is a legal requirement for landlords who provide portable appliances in furnished property.
