Roofing Division 1 and property maintenance is a growing roofing and solar installation company that has been installing solar pv and thermal for over 9 years, our works cover, ground array (pv/thermal), flat roofs lead and felt, slate, plain and pan tile roofs and asbestos and metal sheet weathering.

We are constantly introducing new innovative products to the trade making the roofing industry hopefully a safer quicker process and a more durable finish for our clients.

We are currently covering areas all over the UK and have mobile teams.
