Rear extension - not finished!!
Walked away from site without communication/later found company dissolved. Always asking for money upfront- no receipts given for money paid - foolishly paid for work upfront which he never completed/employed other trades to rectify his errors!!

New internal doors replaced.
It took Stephen hours just to hang one of the 6 doors. It took multiple visits to do 6 doors.
Asked to be paid before the job was completed because he was going away for the weekend.
Never finished the job at all.
