When you book a survey with Pro-Dry you will receive a visit from one of our 3 trained and experienced Damp & Timber Specialist surveyors who operate throughout South and West Wales.
Our surveyors have all come from a back ground of being employed by large nation wide Dampproofing Specialists companys (Rentokil and Prokil Ltd) and have all completed hundreds of surveys within properties of all descriptions in and around rural and urban communities throughout Wales and the West countries.
Our surveyors are all CSTDB(certified surveyor timber dampness in buildings)trained and have attended all nessary cources at the PCA (property care association)Head Office in Huntingdon.

All Damp Technicians who work us at Pro-Dry are skilled with years of experience within the Dampproofing industry and are trained at implementing the most up to date methods required to treat or eradicate any damp or timber defect issues identified using only the most modern work and treatment specifications.

charge to all current Home or Property
Owners.
If you are in the process of purchasing a property there is a survey/report fee of £65.00 ( Pre Purchase Damp & Timber Survey) this is normally required or requested by your mortgage company prior to contracts being exchanged.
If you are a tenant and require a survey booked please advise your landlord/landlady of your intention to do so.(you will need thier permission before booking)
Damp Surveys for Tenants are £25.00

All our Pre Purchase Surveys (morgage purposes) take anything from 45/60 minutes to carry out depending on property size and general condition. Please note our surveys do not constitute a structural assessment.
We will inspect the property fully internally and externally from roof to floor, then forward a fully detailed Report describing any issues found regarding Damp, condensation/ mould and timber defects.
We will also advise on estimated costs for any work required in the form of a no obligation Quote which can be used and showed to the Morgage provider or similar client.
These reports and quotes are fully vaild for up to 3 months from the date sent.
