Emanuel marries his educational background as a civil engineer and his 25+ years of varied experience in the building industry. Although Emanuel possesses a BSc an MSc in civil engineering and a PhD in Agronomic Engineering, he quickly integrated the construction industry. He has overseen many high-end projects including loft conversions, extensions, basements, full house refurbishments including reconfiguration of rooms, dwelling conversions into flats, gardening and landscaping, and all aspects incidental to the completion of such endeavors bringing in large revenues.
