• Maintains equipment and work areas in a clean and safe condition • Properly stores, cleans and disposes of all supplies and equipment used according to departmental policies and procedures

• Perform residential painting/wallcovering as scheduled

• Maintain the esthetics of high traffic common areas • Restore painted areas in vacated apartments to new-like conditions

• Perform custom painting/wallcovering services as contracted by residents

• Perform drywall repairs as needed

• Mixing and blending paint per supplied formulas • Prep surfaces using a combination of DA Sanding and hand sanding prior to paint

• Must have specific knowledge of paints (urethane and wash primers), thinners, spray guns, vic systems

Qualification / experience

• Minimum 1 year of commercial painting experience • 2-5 years interior painting
