Structural Beam Installation

John Millington was hired to complete a structural Beam installation. He never submitted the details to building control. When I have contacted his to completed was he was paid to do he said he would, now he just ignores us.

Kitchen extension & driveway

Took our money & didn’t finish the job. Left with an extension that has failed building control sign off & a driveway that has no block paving which was quoted and paid for. John has shocking communication, shouting down the phone at times. AVOID

Extension & drive

Quoted 18 weeks, 51 weeks on and still not completed. Failed to get building control sign off and has left the drive unfinished. Over £4k on new doors which have been damaged & chemically stained. Have now terminated the contract. Do not use.
