A management, maintenance and refurbishment company that carries out reactive and planned maintenance, as well as small and large refurbishments for domestic and commercial clients throughout London and beyond.We carry out all aspects of building works whether it be plumbing & heating, electrical, decorating, carpentry, bathroom installations, kitchen refurbishments etc.Our maintenance team can provide all certifications such as Electrical Condition Reports, Gas Safety Certificates, Energy Performance Certificates as well as emergency maintenance issues such boiler break downs and electrical issue etc. Our phones are manned 24 hours a day 7 days a week so a member of staff is always on hand to help with inquiries.Lillywhite carry out such services for estate agents, housing associations, building contractors, private landlords, pubs, offices, management companies and many more. We carry out a Full Management service for landlords for 7%. A let only service for 4%. Both of which includes free certifications of gas, electric and energy. We have many rooms available to let for house sharers too where we carry out a Rent To Rent service for landlords.
