Replace patio and landscape garden.

Kaydan turned up and started the work on the date promised. He worked for a few weeks then his attendance became sparse. He replaced a 6’x8’ shed with an inferior 4’6””x6’. He left the garden like a disaster area. He has money for goods not delivered
