Hello everyone this is JN’S Maintenance and my name is Josh, I’m the CEO of the company I’m here today promote and talk about the business in the hopes of gaining more work in the future.

I would like to start off by first off explaining the reason behind the company name. JN are my initials and maintenance is what I do for my career. We are a Greater Manchester based company but can provide our services nationwide.

I have been in the maintenance trade for well over 5 years, I have a wide range of experience in almost all trades I have a passion for this type of work and the possibilities are endless.

Like I mentioned earlier we are mainly maintenance based which means the process of preserving a condition or situation or the state of being preserved, So for example your living space, Kitchen, Bathroom etc.

Some will ask what really do you do ?
Well I can replace almost everything in your home or even suggest making improvements when attending jobs and if I can’t do it then I have employees/contractors ready for the task.

We currently work on a survey then pay plan so we will come and view the job, price everything up and speak about any improvements you might want.
