I had a ladder. Until he start working and it disappeared. Clearly denied when asked. Until I got the CCTV footage from the neighbours. Clearly just taken it into his van as if he owned it. I wish i could post videos here. But people please be aware

With chimney removal there was also agreement of a new bathroom and plumbing work. The tiles were put anyhow like he was not getting paid for. Wasted half of my tiles Worst of all started the tiles work before even the plumbing work, this also agreed

Removal of chimney

Absolutely terrible job of removing chimney, not knowing much about this so trusted him with his expertise. Until the neighbour saw and complained as he started breaking without the permission from the council which I didn’t know of. Please avoid
