Our design services generally range between £2,000 and £3,000, ensuring a bespoke solution that fits your needs. Once you approve the quote, we proceed with a thorough garden survey. For smaller gardens, we handle this ourselves, while larger projects may require the expertise of a chartered surveyor. During this stage, we also capture reference photographs to guide the design process.

Our design journey continues with the creation of a concept design, offering a preliminary outline of the proposed changes. This stage invites your feedback, allowing us to refine the design to perfection. Once finalised, we develop a comprehensive outline plan, complete with construction drawings, a planting plan, and a plant schedule. To bring the design to life, we provide isometric drawings or sketches, along with setting out drawings, specifications, and a maintenance schedule.

To ensure the highest quality of work, we recommend obtaining quotes from multiple contractors, typically three. Should you desire, we offer a project monitoring service to oversee the execution of your garden design. This service is charged at 12% of the first £12,000 of work and 9% thereafter, ensuring your project stays on track and meets our high standards.
