Over a five year period, I have renovated a derelict French cottage. It started as an empty shell and is now a cosy 3 bedroom holiday home with all the home comforts including bathroom with under floor heating, a fitted kitchen, wood floors throughout and a wood burner to keep the winter at bay!

I complete property maintenance for Letting Agents/Property Management Companies in Chelmsford as well as a very wide range of domestic properties.

I have completed the Part P Electrical Qualification which enables me to certificate all electrical installations I complete. This means that I can test and extend your existing electrical system or complete a partial or complete re-wire as necessary.

As an ex-assistant headteacher of a secondary school, I am very organised and more than used to project managing large projects.
