replacement of felt flat roof above bay window

Mark did some roof repairs after a leak after heavy rain. The roof was still leaking afterwards. Mark said he would come back to take another look on two separate occasions but didn’t turn up. Wouldn’t recommend as the leak still isn’t fixed.
