We are based in Poole and currently cover West as far as Penzance, East as far as Portsmouth, and North as far as Bristol/Reading.

What services do you provide?

Simply put, whatever property service you need, we can provide it. First4Building are a top to bottom Building maintenance and construction company. From small domestic alterations and repairs to extensions, restorations and refurbishments, we are happy to quote.

What Trades do you cover?

Do you have a price list?

Every project is unique and has its own set of requirements. It is therefore not possible for us to provide a full standard price list for our building, repair and maintenance services. Our prices reflect a range of criteria that are transparent in our quotation. We do have a select list of specialist services that can be made available on request. Can you help with my CDM Client responsibilities?

Yes, CDM applies to all work from maintenance to large building work. We are fully CDM compliant and can work with you to make sure all your projects are compliant with current legislation.

Do you use subcontractors?

Often construction companies will subcontract our sections of a build, this is not an unusual practice. All our subcontractors are vetted and SKET tested (Skills, Knowledge, Experience, Training) by our office team. We also insist on them holding further training certificates that are not always insisted on. Our full matrix is available on request.
