Splashbacks and flooring replaced in kitchen/dinin

Awful experience. Ruined the first splashback he was fitting, then fitted splashback with the plastic protective cover still on. New sockets wonky. Constantly on his phone. Started his next job before completing ours. Very unprofessional and rude.
