A sole trader just starting out with 8 years in the drainage and sewer business, i have worked on Thames water/Southern water(domestic)and even big projects like crossrail and hs2(commercial) and i am now attempting to swim with the sharks and do it for myself, i have now taken the dive and bought a van and all the relevant tools and kit needed to fix 95% of drainage problems that you would get on a domestic property wether thats internal or external, if there is a job that is beyond my capabilities which there aren't many i will not pretend that i can do it but can offer advice on the best course of action wether thats big machinery or repair works.

I have solutions for the following.

Investigation ability with hi tech cctv for pipes.

Hi tech cctv survey's for mortages, buying a house and want the peace of mind that the drains and sewers are fine before commiting to buy?, i can take care of this with a written report with photos and video footage, if faults are found this can empower you to walk away or negotiate money of for costly repairs.

Drain/Sewer cleaning to restore pipes back to full capacity.

Drainage project management.

Foul clean ups in/out of property due to sewers backing up.
