The company employs Plumbing and Heating Engineers who carry out commercial and non-commercial projects, all are Gas Safe registered engineers. And currently 1 Apprentice.

Our aim is for complete customer satisfaction during and on completion of works carried out.
Initially we ask our customers to read our GDPR Document, and to sign if acceptable

During works we put dust sheets down, in all area’s that our Engineers are working / passing through.
We inform customers before we carry out any drilling, Circular Saw or grinding works, and make them aware of possible noise pollution.
We also have dust collection adapters fitted, and hover and clean down works as soon as possible.

At the end of each Day, (if more than a 1 Day job) we clean up and remove any debris and or packaging.
On completion of works, after we demonstrated the new works installed, we ask the customer, if there are any issues, that they feel need attention, and once the customer is totally satisfied, we ask them to sign a job sheet to indicate that everything was completed on time, to a good quality standard.
When we issue our Invoice, we also send a copy of the job sheet for their records
If the Tenant feels that the works have not been carried out to the standard they were expecting, then a
Member of senior management, will attend to resolve any issues the customer have.
