Did not complete the rewiring of my 3 bedroom house. Took my money in May 2024. Left exposed cables in bedroom and gable end. He is not NICEIC registered. Bad workmanship. This man is a conman. I cannot get hold of him. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Rubbish, con man
If I could share pictures I would shoddy unsafe work. Do not hire this company. He has never finished off my house rewire since May. They are not NICEIC registered. They have left exposed wires. Taken my money. Cannot get in contact with him

Plastering and electrical work
Do not use this company. Paid initial deposit and shockingly poor work done. Complained but work not rectified and all calls and letters ignored. Had to pay for quality tradesman to repair and completely redo the work. This man is a con artist

Rerouting the shed electrics to the house.
The customer service by the owner is shocking/ appalling. We fully paid for the job but it is incomplete. And they keep fobbing us off with excuses.Rude and unprofessional.

Electrics for extension - main and lights
Delta did a really professional job at short notice, working around other trades in a small space. They turned up on time, did what they said, and communicated clearly to get the job finished.

Left house unsafe.
Took us for £7800,did approx £1320 worth of work for 12 hours work.
Currently taking legal action.
And would never use bookabuilder again.
Been no help at all
We've been conned out of savings by this man.

Replacing a consumer unit
Avoid this people. They are not profesional. Did a job but they haven't provide any certification on completion, they haven't notified the work to the building control as I didn't got any notification about this, and they blocked my number.
