We are a local business that provides construction services for small and medium sized projects.
We specialise in extending properties, structural alterations and conversion of existing spaces, such as lofts and garages.
I am a qualified tradesman with over 30 years experience in the Construction Industry.
I have worked for Construction Companies on major projects such as Office blocks, Hotels,Schools and Residential Housing, to smaller projects making structural alterations,extensions and conversions of existing spaces as a Sub Contractor and as a Contractor to local home owners.
All work is carried out to Building Control regulations and we ensure that the correct applications are submitted to the local authority, the Building Control Officer is booked to inspect works as they progress, full compliance is met and Completion Certificates are issued for both our and our clients peace of mind.
We use local companies to provide specialist services, such as Elecrical Installation (NIEC registered) Window/Door manufacture and Installation (FENSA registered Etc., who have a proven track record with us and provide all necessary Certificates and Guarantees.
We pride ourselves on our work, pay a lot of attention to detail and ensure top quality of work is completed.
