Helpdesk
The CPM 24/7 call management service is which is supported by an escalation manager which is a service many of our customers find invaluable, particularly those who deal with a larger volume of calls and wish to outsource their helpdesk function.

Our CPM helpdesk team will take your or your customers job request, allocating your works quickly via our CAFM and PDA systems to the appropriate team, followed by a notification and confirmation of our expected attendance.
