Painting & Wall papering

Spent 4.5 hours at my property to completely paint a large kitchen diner and utility and wallpaper lounge and bedroom. Absolutely horrendous painting, streaky, missed places and the wallpaper has fallen down, had gaps and wasn't correctly installed.
