Kitchen build
Not great work quality, didnt come to fix snags and had electric faults which they said they would fix but no one came and now no more response from them. Avoid.

Conversion
Conversion was done but found lot of snags and when contacting Karl, never were fixed. not great work quality at all. avoid as it is expensive too.
