Repair of water seepage from built-in shower
Previous contractor had quoted nearly £5000 for a complete rebuild / retile. Luke at Ballards did some initial investigation identified the cause and carried out a full repair for less than half of this - completely watertight and neatly done

Re-forming / re-plastering of faux room divider
One of the many jobs Luke at Ballards has carried out for me over the years. Always friendly, professional and perfect work, cleans as he goes , can't recommend highly enough
