B-Engineering Group designs, installs and maintains all forms of commercial heating, ventilation, water, air conditioning, Eco and electrical systems. Based in Warrington, our maintenance works cover the North of England with our projects work extending to across the UK for a wide range of clients such as end users, building contractors, facilities management companies, building services and construction consultants.
We have recently rebranded into six to give the services more focus and identity. This will not affect the way we work with our clients with them having one account with B-Engineering Group with quick real time digital reporting and quality service from our own inhouse engineers.

Divisions


Bmech Projects – Mechanical projects such as plantroom, heating replacements, upgrades, pipework replacements, ventilation, commercial gas, renewables such as air source heat pumps and air handling plant. We cover the UK for larger sized projects although our engineers being NW based, we need these projects to be of a certain size to make costs viable and to offer good value to our clients.


B-eco (renewables) – We have added a division solely for reducing Carbon on existing Commercial sites and installing new renewables onto existing builds. Typical works are carbon reports, commercial ASHP systems, Solar PV, LED lighting and EV Chargers.


Bmech Service and maintenance – Commercial heating and ventilation maintenance. All things commercial gas, boiler servicing, reactive call outs, chiller repairs, ventilation and air handling plant repairs and maintenance. All our engineers are NW based so with this division usually being very reactive, we are always honest and say we will struggle to support you to the best standard if the works are out of the North. Our typical area is North Wales, up to Carlisle, down to Birmingham and across to Humberside. We do support FM companies with planned works outside of these areas but the costs then sometimes become excessive and take our engineers from more local reactive support, hence ideally, it’s not outside of the mentioned area.



B-rite (Air Conditioning) – Currently our AC is undertaken within Bmech Service and maintenance but with the growth in this element of the business for us, we are branding this as its own division within the company. Commercial air conditioning such as split and VRF installations, evaporative cooling, F-gas maintenance, reactive, planned and PPM works. As per our Bmech Service and maintenance, our engineers are NW based with the same coverage and planned works we could support on a wider basis but ideally for the best service, it would be best to be local.



B-elec – Commercial electrical services with an emphasis on energy services. This is currently within our Projects division but soon to be split out and branded on its own. Typical works are HVAC controls, power wiring, lighting, Solar PV etc. All things commercial electrical.


B-tech (technical solutions) B-Tech take the stress out of your technical by offering a wide range of services on commercial premises covering Gas pipework drawings, tightness testing & purging calculations, pipework surveys, pipework sizing validation, Gas audit checks to ensure full compliance. We also look after surveys & condition reports covering Control (BMS) Verification ensuring energy efficiency, HU/Ventilation, Plant room/boiler room. Boiler room ventilation sizing & validation, Pump specification & sizing, Chiller/Heat pump condition reports.
