roofing ,roughcast,chimney removal,lintel replace

Chimney removal & lintel replacement done over 3 days.Roofing & roughcast work never done to date despite many assurances . Tower scaffold left in place partly in neighbours garden, large ladder,wheelbarrow,tools,& several materials stored on site.
