Attempted leak fix under bath
We’ve had a second plumber out as Karl didn’t repair the leak we paid him to fix as it reignited days later, the second plumber pointed out that he didn’t actually fix anything and didn’t show up when called again about the leak persisting.

Toilet replacement, leak fix
Karl replaced our toilet and also fixed a leak that had been spreading water through the ceiling. He was incredibly friendly, chatty and professional in his demeanour. I feel satisfied with the work and would use Karl’s work again.

Kitchen drawers
I am not happy with the work as I paid them full but they didn't do the job properly. I called and texted them so many times. At the beginning karl said they will come down and fix it back but now they aren't responding to my text. Very disappointe
